We, BEST ELEKTRIK TAAHHÜT VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (herein after referred to as “BETAŞ”) do the necessary for processing and protecting your personal data under the Privacy Act 6698 (KVKK) within the scope of our company’s commercial, administrative and organizational activities.

1. What are the purposes for processing personal data?

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK within the scope of our company’s commercial, administrative and organizational activities and it may be changed according to the quality of the activities:

- To fulfill legal and contractual obligations
- To ensure intracompany security and transaction security.
- To fulfill work processes properly and to ensure the required coordination.
- To conduct work application and recruitment processes properly.

2. What are the legal basis and methods concerning the personal data of persons?

Your personal data whose process purposes are started above are obtained by our party, our business partners, third party service provides, our employees, career sites and similar channels and they are processed in physical or electronic environments suitable for the quality of the subject-mater personal data and according to articles 5 and 6 of the KVVK to fulfill our legal obligations.

3. Who are the persons to whom your personal data are notified and what are the purposes of such notifications?

Your personal data which are processed within the frame of the activities of our company are shared only with relevant company departments and authorized persons working in such department and our business partners to fulfill process purposes and being limited with such purposes, to be able to conduct the required studies and to ensure data security. Within this scope your personal data are transferred to BETAŞ factory and offices, our business partners, third party service providers within the true of the activities of the company.

4. What are your rights as personal data owners?

Concerning your personal data which are processed within the scope of the activities of our company, as steed in Article 11 of the KVVK, by applying to our company, you have the following rights:

    a) to learn whether personal data are processed or not,
    b) to request information, of personal data are processed,
    c) to learn why personal data are processed and whether they are used according to the purpose,
    d) to know the third parties to when personal data are transferred within or outside the country,
    e) if personal data are processed deficiently or wrongly, to request our company to correct them,
    f) to request our company to delete or exterminate personal data under the conditions stated in Article 7 of the KVVK.
    g) To request or company to notify the transactions conducted under items (d) and (e) to the third parties to when personal data are transferred,
    h) To object to the fact that analyzing such processed data especially through automatic systems has given result against the relevant person,
    i) To request to recover losses, if the relevant person incurs losses due to processing personal data illegally.
